Responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts and the investment portfolio monthly. Filed the NCUA 5300 Call Report quarterly. Made key decisions in day-to-day operations of the credit union. Organized and performed training sessions for staff in every department in the data processing conversion. A recent graduate of CUNA Management School. Will be relocating back to the Minnesota area.

Recent work experience as an Assistant Branch Manager with a call center and retail environment background. Has previously worked as a Support Center and Retirement Service Representative. Responsible for answering inbound calls from members about their accounts and providing the solutions they needed. Believed in delivering excellent member service even in a high-volume support center. Would like to work at credit union because their employees honestly care and are genuine toward their members. Would prefer to work in a 15-mile radius of Coon Rapids.
