CEO or Executive Management


An energetic, forward-thinking executive with a comprehensive understanding of management practices and techniques with 23 years’ experience. Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in all areas of credit union operations. Extensive experience managing consumer, mortgage, credit card, information technology, collections and branch operations. Sound risk management skills and a proven record of exceeding performance targets. Intricately involved in the credit union industry legislative process. Would prefer to work in the metro area, but would consider relocation for a higher level position.



Marketing, Loan Officer, Personal Banker, or Assistant Manager


Recent work experience as a Marketing Director. Developed and implemented marketing strategy to advance the goals of the credit union. Interviewed loan applicants and reviewed their file for approval, adhering to guidelines in loan policy. Oversaw implementation of new products and services. Represented the credit union as well as organized events in the community. Would make monthly staff schedule and assist in teller training. Has jointly formed credit union’s strategic plan for 2017-2019. Has a Master of Business Administration. Would prefer to work in or around the Twin Cities.



  Controller or Operations

Gained knowledge and experience working in two different credit unions in the past five years. Has supervised accounting and operation departments. Responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts and the investment portfolio monthly. Filed the NCUA 5300 Call Report quarterly. Made key decisions in day-to-day operations of the credit union. Organized and performed training sessions for staff in every department in the data processing conversion. A recent graduate of CUNA Management School. Will be relocating back to the Minnesota area.

Utilized skills in order entry, sales, and problem solving techniques to achieve best possible member relationship. Has experience in afterhours concerned call backup and collections. Collected payments and worked with the member to maintain accounts while reducing outstanding debt. Provided IT support with various projects and upgrades. Streamlined new enhancements to computer processes within the call center. Projected and implemented policies that including incident management, second shift differential pay, and product development. Assisted current and potential members with applications and financial transactions. Would like to work within 25-mile radius of Saint Paul and is willing to start immediately.

Fifteen years of experience in credit unions, four years as a Financial Consultant/Branch Advisor, and two years as an Accounting Assistant.  Has strong customer service skills with emphasis on building customer relationships, maintaining customer satisfaction, and IRA management. Would prefer to work in the metro area, but is willing to relocate for the right position.

Has been responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge and adhering to all regulations, policies and procedures. Can open and process all consumer deposit accounts including IRA and HAS accounts. Successful in cross-selling credit union products and services. Secured the credit union assets by safely and securely handling cash, negotiable instruments, certificates, and the completion of necessary reports summarizing daily activities. Can initiate, process, and close home equity loans. Would prefer to work in the metro area.
