2013 Professional & Volunteer of the Year Awards

In 2012, Dick Nesvold (above, right) of SouthPoint FCU received MnCUN's Outstanding Professional of the Year Award and Yvonne Condell (below) of the Affinity Plus FCU Board received MnCUN's Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award. These awards were presented during last year's MnCUN Annual Meeting in April.

Each year the Minnesota Credit Union Network recognizes individuals in the state who have distinguished themselves in their efforts to better their credit unions and promote awareness of the credit union movement. In 2013, the Network's Awards Committee will once again be honoring two notable credit union individuals with the Outstanding Professional of the Year and Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Awards.

Nominations were accepted starting in February, with a deadline of March 15. Entries are evaluated on an annual basis through our reciprocal judging agreement with a neighboring state credit union league.

The winners of the Professional and Volunteer Awards will be recognized with a video tribute that will be shown at the Network Annual Meeting, set for May 17-18 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington.
