To renew your participation in MnCUN's Vendor Involvement Program, fill out the form below. After completing this form, you will be redirected to the V.I.P. enrollment page. On the enrollment page, click the "Enroll Now" button to renew your participation in V.I.P. A MnCUN staff member will contact you after your form has been submitted.

After completing this form you will be taken to the enrollment page for the Vendor Involvement Program. By clicking the "Enroll Now" button, you can renew your participation in V.I.P. You will then be contacted by MnCUN to acquire an updated company description, logo and online ad (jpeg or tif) for use on the MnCUN website.
Disclosure
Participation in the Vendor Involvement Program (the "Program") is subject to approval by the Minnesota Credit Union Network. Upon approval, the Network agrees to offer participants the “V.I.P. Benefits” listed in the Program brochure. Participant agrees to pay any costs associated with enrollment in the Program. Program Participant must offer professional service, quality products and competitive pricing and must support the credit union industry. Approval in the Program does not constitute an endorsement by the Network. Participant shall not state or imply that it is endorsed by, or in any way affiliated with the Network or any affiliate of the Network, other than as a participant in the Program. The term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year and shall commence on January 1st of each year the Participant is enrolled in the Program. Annual fees are not refundable.
