There are at least eight ways to rob a financial institution – and most credit unions only train employees how to respond to three of those methods. This presentation will address employee survival issues that go beyond the simple threat, note or displayed weapon robbery. Participants will examine hypothetical situations and discuss the mechanical characteristics of each type of robbery and the appropriate survival tactics for each one.

Who should attend: Branch Managers, Head Tellers, Operations, Trainers and CEOs

Time: 10 a.m.-11 a.m.
Cost: $139
