Unlike the 1120 Corporate Tax Return, the 1120S Tax Return for an S Corporation is one of the most complex and difficult returns to understand. This presentation will fully explain the intricacies of these tax returns and teach participants how to identify a borrower’s real monthly cash flow. It will also overview how to calculate the global cash flow of the owners and the business combined.
