What do Regulation E and TISA (Truth in Savings Act) have in common? These two regulations are key components that protect consumers and their accounts. Regulation E is geared toward electronic debits and credits to a consumer’s account, while TISA discloses all account features to members when they open an account. Is your credit union in compliance with these two regulations? This webinar will help employees understand their credit union’s role in disclosing accounts, error resolutions, and other critical issues to members. Discover the components of each regulation and show how they work together and how they are different.
Who should attend: Branch Managers, Compliance Staff, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and CEOs

About Webinars

Coupling telephone conference interaction with web site technology, this session brings informative, interactive training directly to you. During the webinar, you'll view a real time PowerPoint presentation on your computer while listening to the audio connection via telephone.
While credit unions are encouraged to use the webinar to train multiple individuals at once, the credit union will be charged for each computer connection that uses its login code. Participants will receive login instructions and handout materials via e-mail prior to the webinar. In addition after the session, registrants will receive a CD-ROM.
