When dealing with self-employed borrowers, it is essential to understand the full extent of available income. This webinar will cover the global cash flow process of systematically identifying sources of income, estimating how much excess income will be available for debt service, and calculating the various debt service ratios with personal and commercial income sources. Learn to distinguish between S Corporation real cash flow and "pass-through” income, as well as determining a borrower's real income from gains or loss on sales of assets.
