Efficiencies in processing have changed how check returns and adjustments are handled. This session will provide a comprehensive review of check exceptions surrounding imaged items that can result in a return or an adjustment. Using various scenarios, participants will learn the proper steps required for the timely reporting of the most-common imaged check exceptions. The webinar will also cover the differences in handling check exceptions through the Fed versus the private sector.
