The deadline for using FinCEN's new CTR form is March 31, 2013, and this informative program will cover the new CTR line-by-line. Participants will receive a practical guide with more than 50 examples of completed CTRs and a step-by-step look at a variety of member transactions involving the CTR. This webinar will also examine different types of entities and how to complete the CTR on deposits over $10,000. Special fiduciary relationships including UTMA, attorneys-in-fact and guardianships, as well as how to handle large deposits or withdrawals with these accounts, will also be addressed.
