When a borrower begins to have financial problems, the credit union needs to communicate effectively and be ready to work toward finding a successful conclusion to the loan. Credit unions must understand the available workout options and how to use each one effectively. This session will provide effective techniques for early identification and intervention that focus on member service and creating a workable solution.
