Financial institutions must ensure that disabled members are not treated differently, and the credit union is required to provide auxiliary devices to assist them. In this webinar, participants will learn the general accessibility requirements, the new specific requirements, the limited exception, and recommendations on how the credit union can achieve compliance with these requirements.
