Time has been allotted for Q & A.

BIO: Dan Bakken is an attorney in Eckberg Lammers business & commercial practice group. He focuses primarily on litigation; representing banks and other creditors to maximize collection of problem loans and delinquent accounts. Areas of expertise include:
- Loan workouts & collections
- Business debt collection
- Creditor's rights in bankruptcy
- Real estate foreclosure
- Land use disputes
- Lien filings
- Deeds in lieu of foreclosure
- Shareholder/partner disputes
- Breach of contract
Dan is a native of Western Minnesota and earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees in North Dakota. He returned to Minnesota in 2005 to join the Duluth law firm of Fryberger, Buchanon, Smith & Frederick, P.A., were he practiced civil litigation family law and creditor/debtor law. An associate with Eckberg Lammers since 2009, Dan currently resides in the Twin Cities.
