Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is seeking an Operations Manager at its Lafayette Road branch office in St. Paul. This person must have the ability to create an environment of fluidity, accountability and leadership at all levels among employee teams and across the organization. This position plays an active leadership role in multiple operational areas, including direct functional leadership, leading an innovation team, and partnering with other operational leaders to ensure success across the organization. This person will lead employees and processes in one or more of the following operational areas:real estate, operations, payment systems/card services, document management and member correspondence.
Candidates must have a college degree, as well as a minimum of five years of professional experience, including two years of leadership experience. Experience with operations, payment systems, accounting and/ or real estate origination is a plus.
