Royal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Account Representative at its Edina branch office. This person will actively sell and promote the credit union's full line of financial services in person, over the phone, in writing and while processing member transactions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.

Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and good typing and computer skills. Applicants must also have the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities among existing and prospective members; must be able to retain and recall information quickly; and must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. This position pays a base rate of $13.51 per hour.

Applicants must have the ability to commit to working for the credit union for a minimum of two years due to its extensive training program. Training typically lasts four weeks, from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m, at the credit union's corporate office in Eau Claire, Wis.
