Affinity Plus is seeking a Branch Manager at its Minneapolis Branch on University Avenue. This person will lead a team of engaged employees who are empowered to make decisions for credit union members and whose primary role is to build relationships founded on trust. The Branch Manager will build and sustain an environment of employee advocacy and will partner with employees to remove any barriers for them to successfully work with members.

Ideal candidates will be driven and motivated about growing and expanding the credit union's membership community in order to have a stronger impact on people who live, work and participate in the community. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of leadership experience and posses a college degree.
