Hiway Federal Credit Union in St. Paul is seeking a Business Services Representative. Responsibilities of this position include assisting members and employees with questions regarding business depository accounts and lending products and services, as well as compiling and preparing business and consumer loan documents for Business Loan Officer approval. This person will also perform a variety of support duties related to the business depository accounts and lending functions within the credit union.

Successful candidates will have a two-year degree and three to five years experience, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous experience in a professional service environment is preferred, and previous credit union experience is a plus. Applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills. must be well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a member of a team. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word. Working knowledge of Rembrandt and CNOM software is preferred.
