Baxter Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager I for its Maple Grove location. The Branch Manager is responsible for business development, operation, and overall results of the service center. This position is also responsible for achieving service center goals, making appropriate action plans, manage the branch business plan, resolving member concerns, supervise, coach, train and develop service center employees in all operations, products, services, cross selling of all products and services, loan functions and attainment of individual goals. Maintain a positive sales and service environment through education, training, reward, recognition and accountability. In addition this position is responsible for understanding and monitoring compliance with credit union policies and operational procedures, and associated laws and regulations. Oversee branch security, audit integrity and risk management.
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years management or supervisory experience along with five years of financial institution or retail sales position in a management role. College Degree preferred. Applicants must be an energetic, self motivated leader with outstanding initiative, results oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks that has high integrity, is dependable and professional at all times.
