Description & Details

General Mills Federal Credit Union is seeking a Controller for its Minnetonka location. The Controller is primarily responsible to oversee and manage the accounting, financial analysis and back office operations of the Credit Union. Duties are performed personally or through the work of subordinates to ensure that all records, policies and procedures are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.


Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree with the major or emphasis in Accounting preferred- CPA or MBA desired. Applicants must have 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a bank/credit union, the ability to lead and supervise others, proficiency in MS Office and excellent customer service.
