TopLine Federal Credit Union is seeking a FSR-Teller at its Maple Grove location. FSR-Tellers are responsible for accurately and promptly processing member transactions including but not limited to; deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, accepting loan payments, redeeming Savings Bonds, accepting credit union visa payments, selling Deluxe Gift Cards and processing Visa cash advances. This position commits to strategic and corporate goals by delivering personal service to all internal and external customers, contributing to quality efforts at the Credit Union by putting member service above all else and providing support of the sales environment through referrals within the department and throughout the organization.

Candidates must possess excellent member service which includes prompt acknowledgement of member, friendly and courteous disposition and actions, member satisfaction on transaction requests.
