Richfield Bloomington Credit Union is seeking a Full-time Technical Support Analyst at their Richfield branch.  This position is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and utilization of non-core software systems at RBCU.  The individual will also work with members and employees to make sure the systems are working up to their full specifications.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a related position.  They should also have working knowledge of Windows Server, Windows desktop operating systems, computer hardware, printers, general office equipment, and some project management experience.  Understands and maintains all components of RBCU’s online and voice banking products, loan application, and origination and closing systems.  Works with management and staff for implementation of new remote delivery software.  Please reference the job posting #14-09 when applying.
