First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester is seeking a Business Loan Officer. Responsibilities of this position include preparing or coordinating documentation and forms relating to business lending, approving business loan applications and ensuring that sound analysis and lending procedures are followed. This person must also comply with the credit union's business lending policy and all other regulations applicable to business lending and conduct annual financial reviews on the business loan portfolio and operate with substantial credit authority.


Successful candidates will have three or more years of commercial lending experience, one or more years of business-to-business sales experience, and five or more years of management experience –three of them with the financial services industry. Applicants must also have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a closely related field.
