St. Cloud Times (September 8, 2016) - A longtime financial institution in St. Cloud's Seberger Roosevelt neighborhood has relocated to a site near downtown St. Cloud.
Catholic United Financial Credit Union moved Friday into its new building at 1420 St. Germain St.
"The original building that we were in was in a residential neighborhood," said Terri Maloney, Catholic United Financial Credit Union president. "This move was a good opportunity and we are in a good location."
Maloney said the credit union, formerly at 300-23rd Ave. N, sold the property and is now leasing its current space. The new location is smaller than the 23rd Avenue space.
"We like that we are closer to downtown and have better visibility," she said.
Three people work at the St. Cloud location.
A grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 20.
Based in St. Paul, Catholic United Financial Credit Union serves approximately 3,200 members throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
