SPIRE Credit Union celebrates Woodbury branch grand opening

SPIRE Credit Union - FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. (October 17, 2016) - SPIRE’s new Woodbury location at 195 Radio Drive hosted a celebration on Monday, September 26. Credit union industry and community leaders; Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce members; Kraus-Anderson® Construction Company (KA) and RSP Architects team members all gathered to celebrate with SPIRE staff and volunteers. Welcoming remarks were provided by special guests Mary Giuliani Stephens, Mayor of Woodbury; Lisa Weik, Washington County Commissioner; and Kathy Bayliss, Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce Board Chair.

Guests were thrilled to see the new SPIRE Food Truck on location, which provided free food to over 400 people with their mascot Patches entertaining children of all ages. Other Grand Opening activities included a free shred day and prize giveaways.

SPIRE has been a mainstay in the community for 20+ years, opening its first Woodbury location in 1996. Located on Radio Drive, just south of I94, their new location offers greater accessibility to members and expanded, Saturday service hours.
