Minnesota Network Announces Several Staff Changes; Seeking An ‘Ambassador’

CUToday.info (November 5, 2017) - The Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN) has announced a number of changes to staff roles and announced it is also seeking to fill a new position focused on member engagement and education.
The MnCUN said:
- John Ferstl has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the Network Service Corporation and TruLync
- Mara Humphrey has been promoted to Vice President Governmental Affairs and Association Services. In addition to Governmental Affairs, Humphrey will now oversee all Advocacy services at MnCUN including regulatory advocacy, compliance, and member services
- Andrea Molnau has been promoted to Vice President Communications and Engagement, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of communications, member engagement and education
- Laura Whittet has been promoted to Director of Communications, responsible for all internal and external communication functions of MnCUN, including public relations, public affairs, and member communication
“Change provides opportunity. As we strive toward our strategic goal of organizational excellence, we are pleased to recognize the contributions of our current staff members, and see this new structure as an opportunity to continue to enhance the value of membership,” said Mark Cummins, president and CEO.
In addition to these internal staff changes, MnCUN said is seeking a Director of Engagement.
“This new position will serve as an ambassador of the association, leading efforts to strengthen member relationships and execute Network education and benefit programing,” the MnCUN said.
