She is the direct escalation contact for 80+ people within her own team and the Final Foreclosure Sale Review (FFSR) team for Note Endorsement and Chain of Assignment questions. She is currently the Work Director for a Post Sale Audit. She assists in writing/updating procedures, participate in numerous weekly calibration calls between multiple departments, assist in building SharePoint reports, train new associates, and pose as backup when my manager is out.
