Event Policies
The Minnesota Credit Union Network and its affiliates (collectively “MnCUN”) are committed to creating a welcoming, safe and respectful environment for all persons who attend our conferences and events. We will have a mother’s room available for attendees not staying at the hotel. Please see the Mystic Lake Center Map or ask at registration for details.
If you noted a dietary restriction on your registration, you will receive tickets with your name badge to provide to the Mystic staff for your meal at the Tuesday Lunch and Wednesday Breakfast. All other meals will be served via buffet will be marked accordingly.
Parking and Directions to Mystic Lake Center
Please see the Driving Directions Map for parking and directions to Mystic Lake Center. We encourage you to park in the lot located off Dakota Parkway and Mystic Center Drive.
Pre-event Opportunities
Credit Union CEOs and Executive Team members: please plan to join our pre-event roundtables on Monday, April 21st from 4:00-5:30 pm, and the reception with Exhibitors from 5:30-6:30 pm. Registration will be open from 3:30 -4:00 pm for badge pick up.
Networking Coffees: Tuesday morning at 8:00 am, the following groups are hosting Pre-Conference Networking Coffees. Whether you are a current member or interested in learning more, please plan to join.
The General Conference Opens Tuesday, April 22 at 9:00 a.m.
The Conference opens with Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Annual Business Meeting
The first General Session and MnCUN Annual Business Meeting will be held in the Waconia Ballroom starting at 10:00 a.m. Meeting packet materials will be posted both in the Members Only section of mncun.org and accessible in the conference app (see app instructions below).

Join us at the Celebration Booth, the most exciting stop at the conference trade show! This is the ultimate red-carpet experience where our annual award winners get the star treatment. Pick up your award, strike a pose in front of our backdrop, and let the cameras roll as you share your story. Don't miss out--let's celebrate your credit union’s success!
The Celebration Booth is booth number #215, located in the Minnetonka ballroom, and will be open during tradeshow hours. We’ve scheduled the following times for winners to stop by, pick up their award, take photos, and be interviewed about their entry.

Celebrate a Century of Impact at Accelerate 25’s 100th Anniversary Party
Step back in time and join us for a dazzling 1925-themed celebration supporting the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation and Committees--don’t miss the chance to celebrate our rich history and honor credit union excellence in style! The event will feature a 1920s speakeasy theme, complete with a password for entry, vintage-inspired cocktails, and a few surprises! The evening will include dinner stations, a short program to recognize our Foundation Awards and Professional and Director of the Year, and entertainment by The Covers. Channel your inner Gatsby and come dressed in your best Roaring Twenties style! (Just a heads-up: Mystic Center prohibits prop weapons, so please leave any ‘gangster’ accessories at home.) Attendance is included with your Accelerate 25 registration.

The recommended conference attire is business casual, with the exception of the Anniversary Party attire noted above.
Event App: As an attendee at Accelerate 25, you will have exclusive access to the conference mobile app page, which will include schedules, speaker and session details, attendee engagement and information about our supporting partners!

- Once downloaded, choose the “more” icon in the lower righthand corner of the app.
