The Minnesota Credit Union Network’s compliance department provides assistance to reduce credit unions’ exposure to regulatory penalties, prepare credit unions for visits by regulators and protect the credit union and its members from liabilities that have the potential to affect income, member service, reputation and more. Staff works with, and receives information from, the Minnesota Department of Commerce, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) to provide the most current information on federal and state laws and regulations that affect credit unions.

MnCUN offers compliance consulting services
To assist credit unions in complying with the myriad of state and federal regulations, MnCUN offers a Compliance & Audit Services Program.
