Every day financial institutions encounter a variety of ACH challenges that center around consumer error resolution. This webinar will examine case studies to investigate how to correctly respond to stop payments, authorization revocation, and unauthorized entries. Attendees will learn about ACH return reasons and timeframes, authorized-based returns, the WSUPP form, and ACH operator rejects.

While credit unions are encouraged to use the webinar to train multiple individuals at once, the credit union will be charged for each computer connection that uses its login code. Participants will receive login instructions and handout materials via e-mail prior to the webinar. In addition after the session, registrants will receive a CD-ROM.
