Since the Interagency Fair Lending Examination Procedures were revised in late 2009, credit unions should be investigating how their fair lending programs stack up. This webinar will explore the regulation's most crucial areas, with significant references to examination procedures, as well as common sense reviews that each credit union can use to assure proper adherence to the regulations. The session will be a refresher on select requirements and prohibitions within the Equal Credit Opportunity Act/Regulation B, along with how the examination procedures may affect credit unions.

Who should attend: Branch Managers, Compliance Staff, Underwriters, Loan Officers, Trainers and CEOs

Archive cost: $200

About Webinars

Coupling telephone conference interaction with web site technology, this session brings informative, interactive training directly to you. During the webinar, you'll view a real time PowerPoint presentation on your computer while listening to the audio connection via telephone.
While credit unions are encouraged to use the webinar to train multiple individuals at once, the credit union will be charged for each computer connection that uses its login code. Participants will receive login instructions and handout materials via e-mail prior to the webinar. In addition after the session, registrants will receive a CD-ROM.
