Financing manufactured home purchases and refinances can be a viable and effective community development activity for credit unions. This webinar, hosted by the Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) as part of the I'M HOME program, explains the characteristics of the low- and moderate-income housing market and highlights successful and distinctive approaches taken by two community credit unions – BECU in Washington State and Self-Help Credit Union in North Carolina. Credit unions will learn about cutting-edge innovations, as well as findings from data analysis of almost $1.5 billion in manufactured home loan data reported by I'M HOME's Single Family Finance initiative.

This webinar is part of CFED's 2012 Manufactured Home Webinar Series. I'M HOME and its partners work to assure that manufactured housing becomes a part of the national affordable housing strategy. CFED is a national nonprofit based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for low-income families and communities.

The webinar is free to attend, but space is limited so register today.
