Financial regulators expect a credit union's management to have developed a policy for Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) that provides guidelines for acquiring, holding and disposing of OREO in accordance with credit union regulations and guidance statements and with preparation of the call report. This webinar will cover accounting procedures for OREO, reporting for the call report, and regulatory classification of OREO. Other highlights include:
