MnCUN Crew members volunteer at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare Ronald McDonald Family Room
Last week, members of the Minnesota Credit Union Network Crew Advisory Group cooked dinner for families staying in the Ronald McDonald Family Room within Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare. Ronald McDonald House charities provide a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child's serious illness.
Minnesota credit unions are proud supporters of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The Minnesota Credit Unions for Kids Committee raises $200,000 annually to support Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, which helps kids with disabilities and chronic conditions.
The Crew is a group for young professionals – under 40 years old - working in the credit union movement in Minnesota. The Minnesota Credit Union Network hosts special sessions for Crew members at major MnCUN events as well as standalone Crew education sessions, happy hours, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
