|Minn. credit union representatives meeting
meeting with Senator Amy Klobuchar
Last week, 100 Minnesota credit union representatives joined 5,000 attendees at the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) in Washington D.C. for education sessions, recognition, and legislative meetings.

OnApproach has announced that Rhonda Sheets, Founder/President/CEO of Support EXP, will return as a keynote speaker at the upcoming 2018 Analytics and Financial Innovation (AXFI) Conference. Rhonda, always on the cutting edge of analytics and innovation, will have attendees asking the right questions about how to reach their organization’s goals.
Rhonda’s session, “Digital Transformation is the Strategy – Relationship Transformation is the Goal,” will provoke you to profoundly transform member relationships, inspiring you to Live Your Difference™. The conventional wisdom is that digital transformation is key to staying competitive in a banking marketplace where the rules and consumers’ expectations keep changing. There will come a time when the digital playing field will be even – everyone will have sufficient digital capabilities, or they simply won’t be “in the game.” The more fundamental question is: What is the endgame you are driving toward? If you’re still losing members, you are poorly postured to compete.
The 2018 AXFI Conference will take place June 10 through 13 at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. Full conference details and registration are available on the AXFI website.
