Minnesota Credit Union Network Announces Organizational Changes

ST. PAUL, Minn. (November 1, 2017) - To most efficiently serve members, the Minnesota Credit Union Network (MnCUN) is announcing changes to staff roles and introducing a position focused on member engagement and education.


John Ferstl has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the Network Service Corporation and TruLync.


Mara Humphrey has been promoted to Vice President Governmental Affairs and Association Services. In addition to Governmental Affairs, Humphrey will now oversee all Advocacy services at MnCUN including regulatory advocacy, compliance, and member services.


Andrea Molnau has been promoted to Vice President Communications and Engagement, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and management of communications, member engagement and education.


Laura Whittet has been promoted to Director of Communications, responsible for all internal and external communication functions of MnCUN, including public relations, public affairs, and member communication.

In addition to these internal staff changes, MnCUN is seeking a Director of Engagement. This new position will serve as an ambassador of the association, leading efforts to strengthen member relationships and execute Network education and benefit programing.


This fall, MnCUN also welcomed new hires Becky Frederick, Compliance & Audit Consultant, and Tim Tacheny, Associate General Counsel.
