Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union named Best of Mankato Four Years in a Row

Minnesota Valley Federal Credit - MANKATO, Minn. (August 7, 2018) - Minnesota Valley Federal Credit Union (MVFCU) is pleased and humbled to announce that, for the fourth consecutive year, and fifth time in the last six years, the credit union has been voted the Best Bank or Credit Union in Greater Mankato area by readers of the daily Free Press newspaper and monthly Mankato Magazine.
There are over 20 financials with offices or doing significant business in the Greater Mankato Area, which has a population of almost 100,000. MVFCU was chartered in 1934 as Mankato Teachers Credit Union, converted to a community charter in 2001, having assets of over $160 million, memberships of 14,500 and two offices in Mankato. MVFCU won first place in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and narrowly missed 6 consecutive first place finishes, coming in second in 2014.
