Mill City Credit Union Hosts Grand Opening of Brooklyn Park Branch

Mill City Credit Union - BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (October 10, 2018) - Mill City Credit Union (CU) celebrated the opening of its brand new Brooklyn Park branch with a grand opening event on Saturday, October 6. The event was open to the public and included face painting, an appearance from Chase of Paw Patrol, free pumpkins, donuts, drawings, and giveaways. Roughly 300 people, both members and non-members, were in attendance.
“We are extremely grateful for everyone that attended our grand opening event to see the branch and learn more about Mill City CU,” Branch Manager, Amy Benson, remarked. “We are honored and excited to be a part of the Brooklyn Park community.”
Mill City CU, along with the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce, also celebrated with a ribbon cutting at the new branch on Wednesday, October 3. Credit union staff, chamber members, city staff, and those who assisted in creating the branch were in attendance. Mill City CU President/CEO, Kent Greff, was awarded a plaque from HTG Architects, and Mill City CU Board Members, Peter McDonald and Martha Gschneidner, cut the ribbon.
