Minnesota Credit Unions Give MnCUN High Ratings in Annual Performance Survey

The Minnesota Credit Union Network continued to receive high ratings from credit unions statewide in the 2018 Performance Survey. To ensure the vitality of member credit unions through meaningful service and programming, MnCUN has conducted an annual survey since 2001 to gauge its performance over the previous calendar year.
According to member credit unions, the Network has maintained its level of excellence in service and value from year to year. Overall, satisfaction has remained markedly high, with 88% of survey respondents answering “extremely satisfied” or “satisfied” with the Network. The overwhelming majority responses received noted that MnCUN has improved or maintained its service to credit unions.
MnCUN's service in the areas of legislative advocacy, regulatory compliance, member communications, education, the Foundation, TruLync and member relations received notably high percentages of "excellent” and "good" service quality ratings. In addition, the Open Your Eyes awareness campaign, Women’s Leadership Network, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) sessions and small credit union benefits were well received and appreciated by members.
