A group of volunteers representing the the University of Minnesota Extension, the Minnesota Department of Commerce and LSS Financial Counseling have explored the idea of creating the next iteration of the Minnesota Financial Fitness Network (MFFN).

MFFN, formally dissolved in 2011, was originally convened to provide an ongoing forum in which practitioners and policy advocates could learn from and support each other, draw from each other's strengths and work together in a more informed way. The group of volunteers is interested in working with this broader community in exploring what this new model of the network may look like.

The first meeting will take place pn October 3rd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center (UROC) or online via Zoom. In-person registration will be limited to 50 participants.
