Compliance Resources

In addition, your dues dollar will offer access to the CUNA Compliance Management System, which a comprehensive, scalable solution that will streamline state and federal regulatory change management for all credit unions no matter where you are, who you serve or how large your asset size. Minnesota Credit Union Employee Benefit Plan

The Minnesota Credit Union Employee Benefit Plan allows credit unions to obtain health care coverage as if they were a single large employer; taking advantage of economies of scale and strengthening negotiation power with larger risk pools. To be eligible, a credit union must be headquartered in Minnesota and a member of the Minnesota Credit Union Network for 30 days.

Minnesota Health Savings Account Finder

Member credit unions are listed on Minnesota Health Savings Account Finder,  a new website to help connect consumers with credit unions that offer health savings accounts. The website is part of a collaboration with UCare, a non-profit health plan provider, that will promote credit unions as a trusted option for consumers to learn about and choose an HSA.

CUNA Credit Union Staff Salary Report

This report provides the most comprehensive industry specific salary analysis available to credit unions. An additional report for small credit unions is also made available.
