City & County Credit Union - ST. PAUL, Minn. (May 26, 2016) – City & County Credit Union hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its sixth branch location on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, with community leaders, Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce members, and City & County Credit Union employees and volunteers.

In partnership with NewGround, City & County Credit Union’s design and build partner, the new branch in Woodbury will be strategically designed to modernize the traditional approach to banking. Modeled after City & County Credit Union’s newest branch in Shoreview, the Woodbury location will feature a cash bar, 24-7 Smart ATMs, a coffee lounge and digital displays.

Woodbury Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens and special guest Kathy Bayliss, Woodbury Area Chamber of Commerce Board Chair, welcomed City & County Credit Union to its new Woodbury location.

“After 88 years of serving the East Metro, we are extremely excited to break ground on another revolutionary branch.” Patrick Pierce, CEO/President, explains. “With a focus on enhancing the member experience through innovation, our new Woodbury location symbolizes our commitment to prove to the community of Woodbury why now more than ever, your not-for–profit financial cooperative is the right choice – not because we are perfect – but because we are relentless in delivering something better.

Located within the new Bielenberg Gardens development at 4008 Radio Drive, City & County Credit Union is expected to open the doors of its new Woodbury branch in January of 2017.
