Hiway Federal Credit Union - ST. PAUL, Minn. (June 29, 2017) - Hiway Federal Credit Union® (Hiway) has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. The Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 25.

Produced by the same team that compiles the 26-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 69,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

“Hiway is very pleased to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the 4th year in a row,” said Dave Boden, Hiway President/CEO. “Delivering an exceptional member experience and doing what is right for our members is our top priority. To do that, we need to have a group of engaged, talented and compassionate associates who are driven to helping our members and serving our community. Our associates are our most important assets. We work hard to develop a work culture where everyone enjoys coming to work, where work and life balance is actively promoted, where people are encouraged to participate, strive and grow and where we all can have fun and do what we love best. At Hiway, our culture doesn’t simply reflect what we do, it defines who we are.”

Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
