The Minnesota Credit Union Network Annual Conference will be held Thursday, April 25 through Friday, April 26, at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington. This conference offers opportunities to exhibit and promote your company's products and services, and increase visibility for your organization among credit union professionals.

 

Attended by more than 300 credit union CEOs, senior executives, staff and volunteers, this is the state's largest credit union exhibit hall. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS & ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE

This year's Exhibit Hall hours will help exhibitors to make the most of their time at the conference. The Thursday schedule includes breakfast (8-8:30 a.m.), Morning break (10-10:30 a.m.) lunch (noon-1 p.m.) afternoon break (3:30-4:15 p.m) and an evening reception (5:15 - 6:30 p.m.), all held within the Exhibit Hall, with no competing activities. Based on exhibitor feedback, the 2019 schedule was created to improve engagement at the booths while providing exhibitors the opportunity to fully participate in the conference and associated events. THURSDAY EVENING RECEPTION

The Annual Conference will include a Thursday evening reception in the Exhibit Hall from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. This event will provide visibility and the opportunity to mingle with credit union attendees. If you are hosting a prize drawing(s) at your booth, winning ticket(s) should be drawn prior to 6 p.m. as MnCUN will be announcing the winners prior to the close of the reception.


SET UP & TEAR DOWN

Exhibit hall set-up is scheduled from 4 - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24. Hubbell/Tyner staff will be on site during this time. Set up may also be completed from 7 to 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 25. Exhibitors may not dismantle their display until 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. It will be each exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that all materials and equipment are removed no later than 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.  Hubbell/Tyner staff will be on site between 6:15 and 9 p.m.


EXHIBITOR BOOTH SHIPPING & RECEIVING INFORMATION

Once your booth registration is confirmed, the contact person listed on your registration form will receive an email from Hubbell/Tyner with a link to an online exhibitor services kit which will include shipping, receiving and booth enhancements. Note: Wi-Fi service is free. 


BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

MnCUN is allowing exhibitors to provide their "top three" preferences on booth location. In the week following the close of registration all paid exhibitors will be contacted by MnCUN with a map of the Exhibit Hall floor plan, asking you to provide your "top three" booth location preferences. Gold sponsors will have first choice of location, followed by Silver sponsors, V.I.P. participants, and traditional booth exhibitors. A completed floor plan layout will be sent by email.

Any necessary room changes, cancellations and refund requests must be made directly with Radisson Blu Mall of America and are subject to hotel policies. A credit card guarantee is required to hold your reservation. Cancelling your conference registration with the Minnesota Credit Union Network does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation.
