Fall Leadership Conference - Exhibitor Information

The Minnesota Credit Union Network's 2019 Fall Leadership Conference will be held Friday, September 6 through Sunday, September 8, 2019, at Madden's Resort in Brainerd.

During this weekend of education and recreation, you will have the opportunity to network and socialize with credit union professionals and volunteers from around the state. Registered exhibitors are welcome to participate in all conference events and take advantage of this occasion to meet with credit union decision-makers in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Event Sponsorship

As a sponsor, your company will be listed in the Fall Leadership Conference attendee book and you will receive recognition throughout the weekend. Below are the benefits of each of the conference's sponsorship options.


Platinum Sponsor

Includes:

  • Premiere location in the exhibit hall (priority placement given to sponsoring and VIP exhibitors)
  • An advanced copy of the attendee list
  • 15 beverage tickets for Friday reception
  • Sponsorship recognition on company representatives’ name badges
  • Event App Presence:

Conference Registration & Lodging

Booth assignments are on a first-come, first served basis and will not be confirmed until full payment has been received by MnCUN. All Exhibit Hall participants will be contacted to allow you to select your "top three" booth location preferences. Priority will be given to sponsoring organizations and 2019 Vendor Involvement Program (V.I.P.) participants.

Lodging arrangements must be made directly with Madden's. Please contact Madden's on Gull Lake to reserve a room within the Network's room block. The deadline for reservations is August 2.

Daily meals are also available for purchase for those who are not staying at Madden’s.


Exhibit Hall Hours

An important part of the MnCUN Fall Leadership Conference is the product display area, where credit union decision-makers interact with the organizations that serve the credit union community. Exhibit Hall set-up begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.

Booth materials can be moved in from 2-2:45 p.m. The exhibit hall will be located in the upper level of Town Hall and open from 2:45 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Food and beverage breaks and prize drawings will be held in the exhibit hall area to enhance vendors' exposure and provide opportunities to interact with credit union professionals.

Each exhibitor will be allotted one 6'x 8' booth, which includes one 6' draped table and two chairs.

Prize Drawings

Exhibitors are welcome to have a prize drawing at their booth. Exhibitor prizes will be announced by exhibitors during the Friday evening reception. You will be responsible for connecting with the winner and arranging for prize delivery.


Saturday Activities

To be eligible to participate in Saturday afternoon activities, you need to be registered as an exhibiting company's booth representative. Those not staying at Madden's will need to pay green fees along with cart rental at Madden's Pro Shop prior to participating in the tournament. Those who participate in trapshooting will need to pay a small fee for shot gun shells at the Tennis & Croquet Club prior to the event.

Please Note: Registration for these events will be available on Friday, September 6th at the Network booth in the Town Hall.


Evenings

Friday evening will provide you a more casual atmosphere and additional time to mingle and converse with credit union professionals. Included in your conference registration are two drink tickets per registered representative for your company.

Exhibitors are also encouraged to attend the Saturday evening banquet, which features dinner and entertainment. If you are not staying at Madden's, you will need to purchase a meal ticket to attend the banquet.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted to MnCUNA full refund will be granted for any cancellations made prior to the published registration deadline (Friday, August 2). Cancellations made between August 3 and August 9 are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds are available after August 9. MnCUN reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any event and will make every effort to contact participants in a timely manner. If MnCUN extends a deadline, the refund time frame will not be extended.
