Hike the Hill

SEPT. 25-27, 2018, WASHINGTON D.C.

Hike the Hill provides credit union representatives with an exciting opportunity to meet with federal legislators and talk about top credit union issues, face-to-face, in Washington, D.C. During Hike the Hill visits, credit union professionals and volunteers meet with the entire Minnesota Congressional Delegation and typically visit the NCUA Board, CUNA and/or Credit Union House on Capitol Hill.

Registration for Hike the Hill closes Sept. 18.

Young Professionals Advocacy Training

In addition to participating in Hill Visits, young professionals are invited to attend the CUNA Young Professionals Advocacy Training on Sept. 24. This full-day program teaches attendees the benefits of advocacy, how to build strong relationships with their Members of Congress, and best practices in district and Hill meetings. The cost of the training is $199 and will be held at the CUNA Washington D.C. office.
