WINcentive® Savings Wins Second Diamond Award for Outstanding Marketing

Recently, the Minnesota Credit Union Network was honored with a Diamond Award, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.

The award was presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,200 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 30 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.

MnCUN won in the Credit Union League or CUSO Marketing category for WINcentive, Minnesota’s prize-linked savings program. WINcentive Savings materials include a comprehensive marketing toolkit provided to all credit unions offering the program.

“The credit union industry has no shortage of marketing and business development talent, but, as the name of the prize suggests, these professionals shine the brightest,” said Amber Scott, Chair of the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council’s Diamond Awards Committee and VP Marketing & Communications at 1st MidAmerica Credit Union. “Bold, inventive and fearless in the face of uncertainty, the 2017 Diamond Award winners inspire us to aim higher and try new approaches.”

“Our team at MnCUN has worked to make WINcentive Savings a fun, rewarding way for credit union members to increase healthy savings habits. The program marketing is designed to help credit unions portray that message and engage their members,” said MnCUN Director of Communications Andrea Molnau. “We are thankful to the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council for this recognition.”
