Minnesota Credit Unions Give MnCUN High Ratings in Annual Performance Survey

Credit unions statewide rated the Minnesota Credit Union Network strongly in the 2017 Performance Survey. In an effort to provide high-quality, valuable service to member credit unions, MnCUN conducts an annual survey to gauge its performance over the previous calendar year.

According to member credit unions, the Network offers solid service and value from year to year. Of survey respondents, 98 percent felt that MnCUN has improved or maintained its service to credit unions. MnCUN's areas of legislative advocacy, regulatory compliance, member communications, and TruLync received overwhelming percentages of "excellent” and "good" service quality ratings.

In addition, new programs such as the Women’s Leadership Network, WINcentive, and OnApproach, and the state-wide awareness campaign were well received and appreciated by members.

“The Minnesota Credit Union Network staff and Board of Directors continually evaluates our programs and services so that we can best serve credit unions,” said MnCUN President & CEO Mark Cummins. “We appreciate the ongoing support of our members thank everyone who took time to provide feedback.”
