Minnesota Legislature Adjourns Short of Global Budget Agreement; Special Session Expected

The Minnesota state legislature, adjourned late Monday night, officially ending the legislative process that began in January. Updated MLA Credit Card Fee Spreadsheet Available

CUNA updated its Military Lending Act (MLA) credit card fee spreadsheet for the first quarter of 2019. Under the MLA, credit unions may exclude a bona fide credit card fee from the military annual percentage rate (MAPR) if the fee meets the MLA’s definition of “reasonable.” MORE 🔒
