Are you ready to grow your career or give back to the credit union movement? The Tristate Mentorship Match is your opportunity to do both!

This 12-month mentorship program is designed to build, grow, support, and inspire credit union professionals in Minnesota, Montana, and Wisconsin. Whether you're looking to be mentored or to serve as a mentor, this program is all about creating meaningful relationships that foster growth, connection, and shared success.

• ​For Mentees: Receive guidance, explore new perspectives, and take intentional steps in your professional development journey.
• For Mentors: Share your experience, support emerging leaders, and make a lasting impact on the credit union movement.
