As a board member, you frequently craft opinions and make decisions – but how do you stay informed? What do you need to know? What is signal and what is just noise? Additionally, as a member of the credit union system, there are specific ways to consider many issues. As a board member, what trends do you need to keep an eye on?  What focus needs to be on the day to day? Let’s discuss.  In this highly interactive session, we will cover several pressing topics for board members, discuss best practices, review case studies, and learn from each other.  Participants are encouraged to come with topics they are curious about and real-life stories to share.
