Minn. Credit Unions Honored at CUFEN Conference

Last week at the Credit Union Financial Education Network 2024 Conference in Reno, NV, four Minnesota credit unions received national recognition for their financial education efforts: 

Northern Communities Credit Union

Overall, during the most recent report year (July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024), here is how Minnesota ranked among states that submitted data:  

• Minnesota Total Adults Reached – 6,044
• Minnesota Total Adult Presentations – 306
• Minnesota Total Youth Reached – 18,423
• Minnesota Total Youth Presentations – 771

 
Additionally, Minnesota took 4th place for total youth presentations overall!
 
Samantha Neumann with Northern Communities Credit Union and Jodi Slais with Wings Credit Union were elected as North Regional Coordinators with on the Executive Committee and Trysh Olson was re-elected as Chair.
